Goodtime
A small journal for the hours that give energy, and the ones that take it.
Catch it as it happens
Write down what you did, then rate it twice — how absorbed you were, and what the hour gave back or took. If it carried you somewhere else entirely, mark it as flow.
Zero is allowed
Energy runs from minus to plus around a real zero, so a flat hour reads as flat — not as mildly good.
One reflection a week
Pick the moments that stood out, the highs and the lows, and walk them through five quiet prompts. Picking none is a fine answer.
Read the map
Every activity plots engagement against energy — more of this, engaging but costly, pleasant filler, and the rest.
